Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered January 3, 2012, as amended January 5, 2012, to recall and vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 29, 2012, as dismissed the appeal on the ground that the appeal was untimely taken, and to extend the time to take an appeal from the judgment.
