Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered October 28, 2010, as amended November 3, 2010, and a judgment of the same court, rendered October 28, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until February 19, 2013, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
