Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Geoffrey Kaeuper, Esq. dated December 26, 2012, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered November 26, 2012 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date December 26, 2012 and inserting in place thereof the date January 16, 2013, and
It is further ORDERED that the time to file and serve a respondent's brief is extended to February 15, 2013, and
It is further ORDERED that the time to file and serve a reply brief is extended to February 25, 2013.
