Appellants having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on February 24, 2012 (appeal No.1), March 5, 2012 (appeal No. 2), and April 20, 2012 (appeal Nos. 3, 4 and 5),
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Katherine E. Wild, Esq., sworn to December 21, 2012, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Debra A. Norton, Esq., dated January 4, 2012, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered December 5, 2012, is hereby amended by deleting the date December 31, 2012, and inserting in its place the date February 28, 2013, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that appellant shall perfect the appeals from the orders entered April 20, 2012 (appeal Nos. 3, 4, and 5) on or before February 28, 2013, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals from the orders entered April 20, 2012, are hereby dismised without further order.
