ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated December 31, 2012, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 16, 2012, and May 9, 2012, respectively, is amended by deleting from the third paragraph thereof the date "January 20, 2012," and substituting therefor the date "January 22, 2013".
