On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 13, 2012, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 16, 2012, is amended by (1) deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "December 28, 2012," and substituting therefor the date "January 18, 2013," and (2) deleting from the third decretal paragraph thereof the date "February 26, 2013," and substituting therefor the date "March 18, 2013".
