Motions by the appellants for leave to reargue appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered March 9, 2011, and two money judgments of the same court entered May 16, 2011, and January 5, 2012, respectively, which were determined by opinion and order of this Court dated October 3, 2012, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the opinion and order of this Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied, with one bill of $100 costs.
