DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Rebecca L. DiBenedetto from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated September 28, 2011. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 20, 2012, the following named attorney was assigned as the attorney for the children:
