ORDERED that the decisions and orders on motion of this Court dated August 15, 2011, and September 17, 2012, in the above-entitled appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County, are amended (1) by deleting from the caption thereof Appellate Division Docket No. "2011-05556 " and substituting therefor Appellate Division Docket No. "2011-06655," and (2) by deleting from the preambles thereof the date "April 8, 2011," and substituting therefor the date "June 22, 2011."
