On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 14, 2013, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered June 27, 2012, and October 23, 2012, respectively, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the name "Frederick Bevelaqua" and substituting therefor the name "Aharon Shimonov."
