Appeal by Alexandra Lowe from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, New York County, dated June 26, 2012. The appeal was transferred to this Court by order of the Appellate Division, First Judicial Department, dated January 25, 2013.

ORDERED that the appeal, and the pending motion, are transferred to the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, for determination; and it is further,
