ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 24, 2013, in the above-entitled appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, both dated August 28, 2012, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the name "Gianni D. M.," and substituting therefor the name "Dylan A. M.".
