Motion by the appellant to calendar an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered June 18, 2007, together with appeals from two orders of the County Court, Westchester County, dated April 12, 2011, and November 30, 2011, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals from the orders is enlarged; assigned counsel shall prosecute the appeals expeditiously in accordance with this Court's rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.1, et seq.) and written directions.
