ORDERED that the scheduling order of this Court dated October 19, 2012, the order on certification of this Court dated November 15, 2012, and the scheduling order of this Court dated December 28, 2012, in the above-entitled matter, are amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Family Court, Westchester County," and substituting therefor the words "Supreme Court, Westchester County (IDV Part)."
