| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Tanairi R. F. for leave to appeal to this Court from four orders of the Family Court, Kings County, all dated December 17, 2012, and to stay enforcement of the orders and return the subject children to her care and custody, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, or, in the alternative, to direct an immediate hearing on the issue of "extraordinary circumstances."
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals purportedly taken as of right are dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
