Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on December 7, 2011 (appeal No. 1), and February 24, 2012 (appeal No. 2), and having moved to consolidate the appeals,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Roger T. Davison, Esq., sworn to January 3, 2013, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals from orders entered December 7, 2011, and February 24, 2012, is granted and the appeals are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to extend the time to perfect the appeals from the orders entered December 7, 2011, and February 24, 2012, is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraphs of the order of this Court entered December 4, 2012, are hereby amended by deleting the date January 7, 2013, and February 6, 2013, and inserting in their place the date February 13, 2013.
Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect the appeals from the order entered December 7, 2011, will be granted.
