| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents Edward P. Mangano and the County of Nassau to enlarge the respondents' time to serve and file their briefs and, in effect, to enlarge the appellants' time to serve and file their reply briefs on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered August 23, 2012, and a judgment of the same court entered October 1, 2012, which were transferred to this Court by an order of the Court of Appeals dated October 18, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents shall serve and file their briefs, if any, on or before February 8, 2013; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants shall serve and file their reply briefs, if any, on or before February 19, 2013.
