Motion by Patricia A. DiSilvestro on appeals from a decision of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated October 24, 2012, and an order of the same court dated November 7, 2012, which were dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 7, 2012, inter alia, for leave to reargue her prior motion, inter alia, to reinstate the appeals and to stay the trial in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
