| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered November 9, 2012, as directed him to pay counsel fees in the sum of $10,000 to the respondent's attorney, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and enforcement of so much of the order entered November 9, 2012, as directed the appellant to pay counsel fees in the sum of $10,000 to the respondent's attorney is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
