Appeals by Wilson Gil from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated July 20, 2012, and November 23, 2012, respectively.

ORDERED that the appeal from the order dated November 23, 2012 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2013-00508), is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies from an order entered upon the consent of an appealing party (see CPLR 5511).
