| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated September 1, 2010, which recalled and vacated an order on application of this Court dated July 15, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, rendered March 27, 2008, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the date "March 27, 2007" and substituting therefor the date "March 27, 2008"; and it is further,
ORDERED that the decisions and orders on motion of this Court dated September 22, 2008, November 25, 2009, April 20, 2010, and August 26, 2010, respectively, in the above-entitled matter, are amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the date "March 27, 2007" and substituting therefor the date "March 27, 2008."
