DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to serve and file less than nine copies of his supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered May 27, 2011.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file the pro se supplemental brief is enlarged, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before April 8, 2013; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
