DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Mister David B. from three orders of the Family Court, Kings County, all dated August 21, 2012.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the parties or their attorneys show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the above-entitled appeals on the ground that the orders were entered upon the appellant's default (see CPLR 5511), by filing an affirmation or affidavit on that issue with the Clerk of the Court and by serving one copy of the same on each other on or before February 22, 2013; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court, or her designee, shall serve a copy of this order to show cause on the parties or their attorneys by regular mail.
