Appellants having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from a decision and decree of the Jefferson County Surrogate's Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on May 18, 2012,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of Elizabeth deV. Moeller, Esq., sworn to January 18, 2013, and January 29, 2013, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Julian B. Modesti, Esq., sworn to January 24, 2013, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered November 21, 2012, is hereby amended by deleting the date January 21, 2013, and inserting in its place the date March 20, 2013.
Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect the appeal will be granted.
