On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 6, 2013, in the above-entitled matters, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated June 5, 2012, and October 3, 2012, respectively, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto" and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed in opposition thereto."
