Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered March 29, 2012, in effect, to stay enforcement of a judgment of the same court dated February 18, 2010, and vacate any liens and income executions levied as a result of the judgment, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
