| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay the issuance of an order of commitment, pending hearing and determination of appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Dutchess County, entered July 8, 2011, January 6, 2012, and January 17, 2012, respectively, and three orders of the same court all dated May 24, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay the issuance of an order of commitment is granted, and the issuance of an order of commitment is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
