DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated November 4, 2011, to extend their time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 4, 2012, which directed them on or before January 3, 2013, to serve and file a replacement record containing only the papers which were filed with the Supreme Court, Westchester County, in connection with the motion that was determined by the order dated November 4, 2011, and a brief that raises issues concerning only that order.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before March 11, 2013, the appellants shall serve and file a replacement record containing only the papers which were filed with the Supreme Court, Westchester County, in connection with the motion that was determined by the order dated November 4, 2011, and a brief that raises issues concerning only that order; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until April 10, 2013, and the respondent's brief, if any, must be served and filed on or before that date.
