Motion by Matthew M. Lupoli to be relieved as counsel for the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated July 20, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before March 4, 2013, assigned counsel shall attempt to contact the appellant at the address provided by the Court, and advise the Court, in writing, whether the appellant is interested in prosecuting the appeal or whether he has been unable to contact the appellant.
