DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to prosecute an appeal, by permission, from a decision and order on motion of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated July 15, 2011, which dismissed appeals from an order and a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, both entered June 4, 2010, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal, and to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record on appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for poor person relief is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal by causing the original papers constituting the record on appeal to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.9[d][i] and by serving and filing her brief on the appeal is enlarged until March 28, 2013; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record on appeal is denied as unnecessary as the appeal can be perfected on the original papers.
