Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Donald P. VanStry, Esq., sworn to January 30, 2013, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the attorney for the children submit ten copies of his brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before February 20, 2013, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
