Motion by the appellant to recall and vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 31, 2012, as dismissed appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated April 2, 2012, June 27, 2012, and June 28, 2012, respectively, on the ground that no appeal lies from orders entered upon the default of an appealing party, and to reinstate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
