DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent Attorney General of the State of New York to enlarge the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs on an appeal from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, dated April 20, 2011.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until April 18, 2013, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
