Motion by Amalgamated Transit Union, Local 1181-1061, AFL-CIO, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated February 5, 2013, and to stay enforcement of a temporary restraining order contained therein pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the temporary restraining order contained in the order dated February 5, 2013, is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal or pending determination by the Supreme Court, Richmond County, of the underlying motion whichever occurs first.
