Motion by appellant for leave to reargue separate appeals from two orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, New York County, both dated June 25, 2010, which were determined by decision and order of this court dated December 18, 2012, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from the decision and order of this court. The appeals were transferred to this court by a decision and order of the Appellate Division, Second Department, dated May 17, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the appeals are consolidated for the purpose of disposition of appellant's motion; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant's motion is denied.
