DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants, inter alia, to stay the respondent from cancelling any workers' compensation insurance policies issued to the appellants, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 17, 2013.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellants' time to either make the required premium payments or obtain insurance from other entities pursuant to the order dated January 17, 2013, is extended until March 22, 2013.
