| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by New York State AFL-CIO, Transport Workers Union Local 100, and New York State Transport Union Conference for leave to file an amici curiae brief on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered August 23, 2012, and a judgment of the same court entered October 1, 2012, which were transferred to this Court by an order of the Court of Appeals dated October 18, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the amici curiae brief must be served on the parties, and nine copies filed in this Court on or before March 6, 2013; and it is further,
ORDERED that no oral argument by the amici curiae shall be permitted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the parties, if they be so advised, may file reply briefs to the amici curiae brief within 10 days after service upon them of the amici curiae brief.
