On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 8, 2013, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated August 30, 2012, and December 7, 2012, respectively, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the words "Kings County," and substituting therefor the words "Orange County."
