Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered October 15, 2010, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 3, 2012, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 9, 2012, which, inter alia, denied that branch of the appellant's motion which was to reinstate the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
