DECISION AND ORDER
ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal taken by notice of appeal dated December 8, 2011 and to consolidate.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken by notice of appeal dated December 8, 2011 is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to renewal supported by an affidavit setting forth a reasonable excuse for failing to make a motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal prior to the expiration of the nine-month time period set forth in section 800.12 of this Court's Rules of Practice, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to consolidate is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to renewal in the event appellant seeks and obtains an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken by notice of appeal dated December 8, 2011 pursuant to this Court's Rules of Practice.
