Application by the respondent 191 West Associates, LLC, and separate application by the respondents Chevra Agudas Achim and West Clarkstown Jewish Center, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated June 25, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted and the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until March 15, 2013, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
