Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered September 5, 2012, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom, and to vacate a restraining notice dated September 13, 2012, issued to Citibank, N.A.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, enforcement of the judgment is stayed, including, but not limited to, enforcement of the restraining notice to Citibank, N.A., dated September 13, 2012, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
