DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Jeremiah Jeffers from two orders of the Family Court, Orange County, dated December 14, 2012, and January 2, 2013, respectively.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the order on certification of this Court dated February 4, 2013, which granted the appellant leave to prosecute the appeal from the order dated December 14, 2012, as a poor person, is amended to reflect that the appellant is also granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal from the order dated January 2, 2013 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2013-01646), and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to prosecute that appeal:

and it is further,

ORDERED that the assigned counsel shall prosecute the appeals expeditiously in accordance with any scheduling order or orders issued pursuant to § 670.4(a) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.4[a]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the appeals are consolidated; and it is further

ORDERED that assigned counsel is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the Clerk of the Court from which the appeals are taken.
