| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant Mariya S., inter alia, to stay the respondent from consenting to the adoption of the subject child pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated November 30, 2012.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the motion and the papers submitted in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay the respondent from consenting to the adoption of the subject child is granted, on consent of the respondent, and the respondent is stayed from consenting to the adoption pending hearing and determination of the appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
