It is Ordered that landlord-respondent's motion is granted on consent, but only to the extent of dismissing the appeals from the order dated January 5, 2012, the judgment entered January 27, 2012 and the money judgments entered on February 23, 2012.
It is Further Ordered that landlord-respondent's motion to dismiss the appeal from the order dated July 20, 2012, on the ground that no appeal lies from said order, is denied without prejudice to landlord-respondent raising this issue in its respondent's brief. Respondent's brief is to be served and filed by April 4, 2013. Reply brief, if any is to be served and filed by April 11, 2013. This appeal will be calendared for the May 2013 term of this Court.
