Appeal from a decision of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated March 11, 2011.
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed on the ground that no appeal lies from a decision (see CCA 1702; Hall v Paez, 77 AD3d 620 [2010]).
We note that the only judgment in the record on appeal that was entered pursuant to the March 11, 2011 decision is against defendant Precision Plumbing Services, Inc., and appellant is not aggrieved thereby (see CPLR 5511).
