Motion by the appellants for leave to reargue appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered February 10, 2011, and a judgment of the same court entered February 24, 2011, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated November 14, 2012, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court.
