ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 25, 2013, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Kings County, dated October 11, 2011, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the words ""Exhibits E2 through E6" and substituting therefor the words "Exhibits E2 through E5."
