Motion by the appellant on appeals from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered December 13, 2010, and an amended judgment of the same court rendered February 14, 2012, inter alia, for leave to reargue the prior motion of counsel assigned to prosecute the appeal to be relieved, which was decided by decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 12, 2012, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order on motion of this Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
