DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the defendants for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 6, 2013, and, inter alia, to stay a foreclosure sale of the subject property pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is dismissed for failure to provide proof of service of the order to show cause in accordance with its terms.
